7 Reasons Why You May Be Tired All The Time

Webster defines fatigue as the state of being very tired.  It goes on to say it is the temporary loss of power to respond that is induced in a sensory receptor or motor end organ by continued stimulation. Some of us have experienced both mild and debilitating fatigue. I remember being so exhausted  years ago that I was fearful of falling asleep at the wheel while running errands with my 4 children. Fatigue can change the outcome of our life if we don’t deal with it.  It wasn’t until I began to deal with the underlying causes of my fatigue that I began to experience the return of vitality to my spirit, body, and mind. By God’s grace and supernatural wisdom, He has taught me, through the Holy Spirit, how to look for these underlying causes. I’ve also discovered the power each of us has within to heal from the inside out. I have learned what I need, what I don’t need, what I need to let go of, new habits, what support I need, etc, to bring about manifested healing which expresses itself as ENERGY to live an ABUNDANT LIFE!

7 Reasons Why You May Be Tired All The Time:

1. Nutrient Deficiency

Did you know that Low Vitamin D, Low Vitamin B and/or Low Iron can create extreme fatigue that no amount of caffeine will help with?

Are you eating the proper ratios of Proteins, Carbohydrates, and Fats to support energy output?

3. Adrenal Burnout

4. Toxic Load

Is your body being robbed of energy by toxins like Microbes(viral, bacterial, yeast, molds, parasite), Metals, or Chemicals? Did you know it takes a lot of energy to store toxins in the body if the main drainage systems aren’t working properly?

5. Foods/Drinks

Are you consuming “Splinter Foods and Drinks” that are painful for the body to have to deal with and fatigue is a result of these habits?

6. Poor Digestion

7. Poor Sleep Hygiene

Did you realize that if “You Snooze(7-8hours of uninterrupted sleep), You Win”!
