Elizabeth loves living a happy, healthy, and holy lifestyle. Elizabeth always strives to allow her clients to see and feel the benefits of moving their beautiful bodies through functional training with an emphasis in awakening the core. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from James Madison University, certified by National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) in Personal Training , Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) in Group Fitness, and Metagenics as a Lifestyle Therapist.

As your body starts gloriously transforming from the inside out, so will each unique workout. We will be able to track this progress through a body composition test, that shows us internally what is going on. Get ready for a 180Transfiguration!

This is where you begin your 180 Transfiguration, a glorious change from the inside-out. This initial session will ignite the desires you have to want to transform your body! First we consult about your health history, current or past injuries, and set fitness & nutrition goals. Next we will do a body composition test and circumference measurements that will give us objective data. Thirdly, a movement assessment will take place where I assess your movement patterns and core stability. Then we will go over menu planning to gain understanding and knowledge on how to eat efficiently through out each day. Finally, I will take all this data to formulate your unique fitness & nutrition program that will continue to motivate you all the way through your glorious transformation!
