ENZYME ALLERGY THERAPY:
Marcozyme, #1 Recommendation
5 on empty stomach, 60 minutes before food or 2 hours after food, 1-3x day
HOMEOPATHIC REMEDIES:
Nasal Spray
1-2 sprays in nostrils throughout the day as needed
Aller Tox II or Allernest, #1 Recommendation

Put a drop of the above oils in the palm of your hands, and breathe deeply getting the lymphatic system moving

AVOID FOODS THAT MAY CONTRIBUTE TO INFLAMMATION:
Dairy – Dairy products from a cow: milk, cheese, ice cream, yogurt (be cautious with goat or sheep products too)
Gluten – Products containing wheat/gluten like bread, pasta, crackers, cookies, pastries
Grains – Reduced or eliminate all grains like rice, oats, and rye (if eating them choose whole grains only)
Sugar – Refined sugars and foods higher on the glycemic index like cookies, chocolate treats, and desserts (careful not to switch to artificial sweeteners, if something needs sweetening try stevia)
