Yes, in fact, the Angel of Water system is safer and easier than the common enema.
How does a colonic compare to an enema?
An enema only reaches about the first 8-10 inches of the colon, whereas with Colon Hydrotherapy the entire length of the colon is reached and it is many more times effective. According to Dr. Norman Walker, “one colon irrigation is equivalent to 30 enemas.”
Do the treatments hurt?

How many Colon Hydrotherapy sessions should I get?
The recommendation based on research is a series of 12 sessions. Two the first week, 1 today/1 tomorrow, 2 sessions the second week, and 1 a week for the next 8 weeks.

The reason for that is the human body is exceptionally smart. When we clean out the colon, the body starts pulling waste out of the tissue and putting them into the blood stream. The waste heads from the liver, than back to the colon. Therefore, the second Colon Hydrotherapy session is necessary so that the digested waste is eliminated rather than reabsorbed. The same reason applies to the following 2 the second week. After the first 4, it is recommended one a week for eight weeks. The slow detoxification to a gentle-tolerable rate.

We spend extra time introducing you to this life changing therapy. 

When you arrive at the Clinic, you and your therapist will fully discuss your goals and reasons why you have chosen this treatment. Some paperwork will be completed and then you’ll get a full introduction to the colonic’s treatment and the Angel of Water system. And, of course, all your questions will be answered. Once the treatment is finished, you and your therapist will discuss a go-forward plan that includes your initial cleanse schedule and then longer term maintenance for your health and well-being.
