How-to setup and order your tests
Step 1: Select Testing Panel Below
It will take you to Grassroots Website or scroll to the bottom of the page to select Additional Individual Tests.
Step 2: Add to Cart / Checkout
Select the tests you wish to have completed then proceed to checkout.
Step 3: Login / Register
Enter your Grassroots login information or click ‘Register Now’ if you don’t have an account.
Step 4: Sign Release
IMPORTANT / DON’T FORGET! After checkout, please sign your release of information (3 pages to sign and click through).
