Ingredients
2 eggs
1/4 onion diced
1/2 summer squash and zucchini diced
handful of spinach
feta
Celtic Sea Salt
Directions
Saute onion, squash and zucchini for 2 minuets in a tablespoon of olive oil
Add spinach and cook for 1 minute
Add eggs with a dash of salt
Add feta and cook for one minute
Serve and enjoy!
