Ingredients
1 ½ cup rice flour
2 T honey
2 tsp baking powder (aluminum free)
½ tsp sea salt
¾ cup almond milk
2 eggs-beaten
1 T olive oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix all dry ingredients.
Add rice milk, beaten eggs, and oil.
Beat until smooth.
Pour into large, oiled muffin pans (8) or small oiled muffin pans (12).
Fill ¾ full.
