Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

2 14oz. cans of artichoke hearts (drained)

1-2 garlic cloves

1/2 teaspoon of cumin

2 tablespoons of olive oil

salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Combine the artichoke hearts, garlic cloves, cumin and olive oil in a food processor.

Blend until smooth.

Enjoy.
