Make-Your-Own Hummus

Ingredients

2 cans (or 2 cups of cooked) garbanzo beans or chick peas

1-3 cloves of garlic (how garlicy do you like things)

2 T Olive Oil

2 T Flax Oil

1/3 cup of Tahini

Few squirts of Bragg Liquid Aminos

Celtic Sea Salt (as you wish)

Water if needed to thin

Directions

Mix together and ENJOY!

Perfect to eat with vegetables, on bread, and chips!
